  • Total Cost is just under $2500 in fines, fees, and costs

Penalties for OUI Second Offense in Massachusetts

  • 60 Days upto 2 1/2 years in the House of Correction
  • Misdemeanor Conviction

Alternative Second Offender Offense

  • Enter and Complete a 14 day in patient alcohol progam
  • 2 Year Loss of License
  • Statutory Fines and Fees
  • Complete Second Offender Aftercare Program (S.O.A.P)

If there is only one OUI and the date of conviction was more than 10 years than one is eligible for the Alternative First Offense Disposition.

  • Mandatory 150 days in the House of Correction
  • Felony Conviction

Penalties for OUI Fourth Offense in Massachusetts

  • Mandatory 1 year in the House of Correction
  • Felony Conviction
