Hardship License Process

In order to get a hardhip license you must go to a full service registry and see a hearings officer. The process is first come first serve and the hearing officer makes the decision whether to issue or not issue the license. The hearings officer will require a letter from your employer that is less than 30 days old that clearly states the need for a license.
